Reminder: To ensure that Architectural Requests are evaluated by the Architectural Committee within the mandatory 30-day period (CC&Rs, Section 3.1.2), homeowners are asked to send their completed Architectural Request packages to the Association's Community Manager.
The Oakwood Lakes Community Association has implemented an Official Exterior Paint Color Palette that is to be used for repainting homes in colors other than the original colors or previously approved color scheme. The Paint Palette is documented in a book that is located in the offices of the Association's Community Manager, and use of the Paint Palette is defined in the Architectural Guidelines. Representative illustrations of the color schemes and instructions for their use are also found on the Paint Palette page.
