ASSOCIATION CONTACTS: GOVERNING DOCUMENTS: ASSOCIATION INFORMATION: |
What are the Articles of Incorporation? The Articles of Incorporation define how the Oakwood Lakes Community Association was originally established as a Non-Profit Corporation within the State of Arizona. Among other things, they created our official name, purpose, location, and type of business. The Articles of Incorporation are a part of our overall Governing Documents that, in addition to the Articles of Incorporation, include the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Association Rules and Regulations. For a more detailed explanation of the Governing Documents, please see the link below. The Articles of Incorporation are contained in a single file that is the original document that was formally recorded with the Maricopa County Recorder's Office on 2/13/96. You will need Adobe Reader to open this file. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader on your PC, please click on the icon below for a free download. |
