BOARD MEETINGS The REGULAR Board of Directors Meetings for the Oakwood Lakes Community Association are held on: The Third Tuesday, Each Month at 7:00 PM. For the exact date, time, and location and directions to the meeting, homeowners are asked to contact the Association's Community Manager. Everyone is invited!
The normal monthly schedule for open Board meetings is as follows: January February March April May - Annual General Membership Meeting/Board Officer Selection June July August September October November
Homeowners having a matter they wish to address with the Board of Directors must notify the Association's Management Company in writing or contact the Association's Community Manager, 10 days prior to the meeting to be placed on the agenda. Homeowners wishing to attend a meeting are also requested to call the management office to assure that adequate space is planned.
