Rates:

  • $164.56 for non-lake lots

  • $205.93 for lake lots

Assessment Due Dates (Please remit to Community Manager):

  • January 1st

  • April 1st

  • July 1st

  • October 1st

NOTE:

To avoid late charges, homeowners should allow sufficient time for their assessment dues payments to be received at the offices of our Community Management Company by the due date shown on the dues billing.  Homeowners who use on-line bill paying facilities should also allow sufficient time for their on-line bill payers to prepare checks and have those checks received at the offices of our Community Management Company by the due date shown on the dues billing.
