LOCAL INFORMATION:

Our common-area landscaping is maintained by a professional landscaping maintenance contractor. During their regular on-site visits, the landscaping maintenance contractor performs maintenance on the trees, plants, and shrubs in the common areas, maintains the grassy areas, routinely inspects the irrigation and lighting systems; and then makes adjustments as required and authorized by the Board of Directors. Sometimes, the landscaping maintenance contractor provides the Board of Directors and the Association's Management Company with a report of the condition of the landscaping.

Residents having questions or concerns about the landscaping may contact a member of the Board of Directors, or contact the Association's Community Manager.
